Slimy filmmaker Worthy Milligan convinces the sole survivor of the previous entry, institutionalized Tricia, to serve as technical advisor on the film he’s making about the Camp Blood murders. Filming on location proves to be a real boneheaded choice because The Clown is back and still pretty good at murdering idiots. Well.... is The Clown actually back from the grave or could it be one of the cast or crew carrying on the violent legacy? Solid sequel is a fine low-budget time with some cool kills and another shockingly competent cast. There’s more than a few flashbacks, a couple nonsensical decisions, some cheating concerning the killer’s identity and a Polonia cameo to get things across the finish line.
