If your idea of a good time is watching horrible ad-libbers argue and run around in mostly pitch blackness then this just may be the movie for you. Riding that Blair Witch Project boom, a handful of hacks got together in Texas and made this awful slice of found footage pie. A reporter and her cameraman head out to a supposedly haunted piece of crap property to catch themselves a ghost on camera and enjoy the celebrity that such an occurrence would bring. They’re joined by a psychic and a cranky-ass landowner for a night-long investigation. A good chunk of the runtime is the property owner being a dick and having circular arguments with anyone who will listen. Eventually shit goes down and lives end. There’s a little shot of adrenaline once the bloody (and brief) climax unfurls but holy hell is it a chore to get to. One hell of a shit stain on the underpants of the horror genre that is found footage.
